Scammers, I was charged £3 via text message despite never subscribing to their service. It seems likely clicking a pop up add or similar on my phone has caused this.

i received a text from this number and was charged £3
I also received a text message on 1st October which I deleted but have still been charged £3 by my provider. I tried to send stop and it seems that I may have been charged another £3. My mobile provider wont do anything about it and told me to text stop to the number.
I have now blocked the number and if I find out who the sender is I will publicise their name all over the net.
I got a text message on the 25th of September like “New Game Alert! Visit http://games.playbox.com to instantly play our classics…” I blocked the number, but it cost me £3. I just noticed it today on my mobile bill. WTF?
