my problem is the same as karen below. i am so annoyed my three provider has not helped.
new number given to complain and get refund +4408001577502
I’ve just tried to send an email to support@oddisio.co.uk as per instructions on their text, requesting that they stop charging £3 each month as I never subscribed to them. The email was undeliverable as the domain did not exist. My mobile network provider has said that they cannot do anything to help other than me reduce my cap to zero. Not sure what else I can do now, but will continue to be charged £3 monthly indefinitely. 🙁

I’ve been charged £3 a month since February 2019 on my mobile bill. My service provider ID will not do anything about it, but suggested I remove my cap so that no more money can be taken, but I didn’t really want to do that as having a cap was something they often recommend. I contacted PSA and they have given me details of the company, but I had already knew that. PSA will not get involved in any dispute with the scam company direct and have suggested that I contact them. They are a company in Cyprus and I am worried about contacting them direct in case they then have more information on me or charge me more. I am 62 and on a cheap tariff due to low usage, and I’m desperate to know how I can stop this extra £3 a month being stolen from me.
just got an sms telling me i may have been charged by mistake asking me to either go to the post office or call 0333 3441902 for more information. Checked my bill and have noticed a £3 charge from the end of May and then checking my SMS i did get an inbound SMS from 64404 on the day stated on my bill which i blocked on my phone that same day.
scumbags being able to do this without my authority, why can the mobile operator not recognize that I have never actually sent an sms to this number?

Oddsio/Goldenness said I’d registered for texts worth £3 which I hadn’t
Never subscribed to this service, probably a scam. I’ve text STOP as offered. Will be passing this on to my network, and reporting it on Twitter.
Got charged £3 when I didn’t subscribe and then charged again for sending a STOP message.
Three won’t do anything about it. Seems fair…
Oddsio I never subscribed to this
These people need to be stopped it’s criminal

I’ve emailed the support email for oddsio and the responses are terrible. Unable to confirm how I supposedly registered, although quite happy to ask for more personal information to send a cheque as a refund. No thanks. Refunded by O2 without question.
Having also emailed them and pretty much receiving the same response, I would definitely recommend reporting them. Personally, I cannot access any gambling/betting/odds sites, due to putting blocks on such sites against my email address and phone number, so for them to suggest I had signed up for it at all is totally laughable.

Got charged £2.50 for a subscription service from oddsio I have never heard of or subscribed to it. Luckily three are very nice and refunded me the money and said text STOP to 64404, three also put a block on all texts that are not included in my plan so hopefully this will be the end of it.
Didn’t receive or send a text but got charged £2.50 on my O2 bill. O2 told me the same as some of the comments below – Goldenness but the e-mail is oddsio. Haven’t got resolved yet. O2 insisted I must have signed up to something. I did not sign up to anything and have still got charged.
RECEIVED a text from this number and was charged £2.50 by O2!!! Talk about being burned…
Got charged £2.50 from O2 to RECEIVE a text from this number

I’ve had exactly the same experience as another user here. Received a text saying I’d sent a premium text and have been charged £2.50. I replied ‘STOP’ to 64404 and that cost me another 8p.
I literally have NO IDEA how they’ve got my number. I called O2 and explained that I think this is some kind of new scam that they should be aware of. I was told I must have entered a competition to win a car… I can assure you, I have not. I rarely use text messages at the best of times.
The email address is linked to “Oddsio” but O2 told me the company is called “Goldenness.”
On O2 as well. Had a text come through about a betting service with a link (I never give my number online) around Friday 30th and saw I had been charged £2.50. Called O2 who were no help and basically said I must have signed up for it somewhere and gave me the company number to call. DONT call the 03 number O2 give you, I believe it’s registered in either India or Brazil so you’ll be charged a fortune to call it. O2 are facilitating scammers.
Likewise, I’ve been charged £2.50 for a text from this company on Sunday. I definitely haven’t knowingly activated it and only knew when I received a text from O2 today, saying “It looks like you’ve sent your first premium text”.
Had same text about subsribing even though I’ve not – and have never. Same advice from O2 – text STOP. They also gave me the cust service number 0333 441902 but no answer.
I had the same message today claiming i had signed up to Oddsio. I shortly received a text which charged me £2.50. After speaking to O2, they told me to type STOP and send it to 64404. They also said that subscriptions are activated by the users phone which i definitely didn’t do. Let’s see what happens after texting STOP.
recently received a message from this number notifying me that I’d opted in costing £3 a Message!
What action did you take to resolve please or do I just ignore , thank you
I recently received a message from this number notifying me that I’d opted in costing £3 a Message!
